Others on my list:

March 25: Be Your Own Pet
April 8: the Breeders
May 13: Death Cab (because this date isn't already overloaded)
June 10: My Morning Jacket
June 17: Silver Jews

...of which maybe one will migrate over to your list.

I'm always intrigued by self-titled albums because historically they have been means of re-inventing oneself. Look at the Beatles' white album, Metallica's black album, etc. Perhaps this means 3DD is finally moving beyond the "Better Life" formula?

What is Ashes Divide?

Heard the first Ashes Divide single on the radio and it's pretty good -- may be a worthwhile investment.

How's Theory?

And Candlebox? What the hell? Are the '90s trying to attack us?

Also, I heard Weezer moved up their release date. Don't know if this list reflects that or not.

Yes Jeff to the best of my knowledge June 3rd is the up-to date release day for Weezer. As for the 90s revival, not sure what's going on but I know AIC is also working on a new one so it looks like a trend.

AiC can only release new material in the same way that Blind Melon just released new material.

Weezer moved up from June 24 to June 3, so that is correct.

BTW, new Death Cab is okay, but it's got some amazing songs, particularly "Cath".

The list also has some egregious omissions, most notably the Hold Steady on July 15.

Wanted: college football predictions for the upcoming season. Would be a good way to end your disturbing post drought.
